PART TIME YEAR 6 TUITION/SUPPORT TEACHER

Monday- Friday 8am – 10.25am, ASAP

Salary: £20,000- £25,000 (dependent upon experience)

We are looking for an experienced and highly effective teacher with a good knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum requirements in English and in Maths for pupil achievement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is skilled in accelerating progress and motivating learning but wants part-time hours and no bureaucratic hassles.

Equally this is a unique opportunity to join an amazing school and make a difference on a day to day basis to help pupils achieve highly.

The ideal candidate:

·         can demonstrate significant impact on pupil learning in previous positions;

·         holds QTS and other relevant qualifications;

·         has attained a high level of proficiency in the core professional standards of teaching -particularly in teaching and learning skills; 

·         strongly supports our vision and is highly motivated;

·         is an effective team player;

·         would be a positive & enthusiastic role model for our pupils

·         wants to make a positive difference to the lives of children and wants to help them to achieve and develop their spiritual and emotional well-being.

·         Candidates who do not have QTS but hold a degree and previous experience of teaching the UK National Curriculum, should also apply.
